We are a building design company that provides services for getting building permits from any municipality within Ontario. Founded by Bhaskar Joshi, licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario. He has experience of more than 10 years for design, building and permits of residential, commercial and industrial structures. Bhaskar is a graduate in Engineering and has been helping clients for long time in getting their building permits from more than 25 municipalities across Ontario. He has a vast knowledge of all the municipal by-laws, zoning regulations and Ontario Building Code (OBC) requirements. He steers the whole process of building permit by responding promptly all the inquiries from plan examiners, during review stage to make sure a seamless permit process is achieved. We specialize in getting permits for Legal Basements for rental purposes. We also expertise in providing services for any building renovations, additions and modifications, egress, minor variance. Our services include Architectural and Structural drawings, fully stamped P.Eng licensed Floor Plans, Site Plan and framing details compliant with the latest Ontario Building Code (OBC) for getting permits from the City. We also submit Zoning and Building Permit applications to the City on behalf of our clients.
Our services start from taking measurements, preparation of AutoCAD drawings, permit application and follow up until we receive formal Permit from City. He gives full consultancy offering professional help during the site inspection for any query from the site inspector. Our service does not stop at building permits only, but we have our associated contractors that can complete the construction for the projects as well. We are a fully certified and insured company, and all our drawings are sealed by Professional Engineers (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
